Where we deliver
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit; it is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Business days exclude weekends and applicable U.S. public holidays.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable U.S. public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point. This is a fixed GMT-06:00 cutoff throughout the year and does not change with daylight saving time.
Shipping charges and taxes
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. Checkout shows shipping as $0.00 and tax as $0.00. A zero tax charge is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
