Requesting a return
Contact support@merxia.art within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason. Please obtain authorization before returning an item. The return address is Merxia, 1245 Worcester St, Natick, MA 01760, United States.
Standard return condition
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused and in their original condition and original packaging. These standard conditions do not prevent you from contacting us about an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Who pays return shipping
Merxia pays return shipping when we made an error, or when an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact support@merxia.art with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate return or resolution. Please obtain authorization and return instructions before sending the item back.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact support@merxia.art if you need help with a return or refund.
